The experiment also highlights an important distinction: AI-generated inferences about personality, income, political preferences or other personal characteristics should not automatically be considered factual simply because they were produced by an advanced artificial intelligence system.

More importantly, the demonstration raises significant questions about digital privacy. As millions of people regularly publish selfies, videos and other personal content on social media, increasingly sophisticated AI systems can analyze those digital footprints in ways users may not anticipate.
